AES New York & HammondCast
Hello BlogHeads! Jon Hammond here...greetings from Times Sqaure! It's almost time for AES (Audio Engineering Society) again! Joe Berger and went to visit our old friend Les Paul a few days ago. He will be there to present the Les Paul Award naturally!
I'm very happy with the way it's going for HammondCast, we got picked up by an Infinity radio station and current shows are up and running on Apple iTunes, Podcast Alley, Pod Nova and all the big podcast sites, plus with easy-listen buttons for the slowest of the slow if you go to http://www.HammondCast.com and directly at: http://www.jonhammondband.com/music-html
I am getting ready to leave for Shanghai China next week and we are going to attempt to do a live Webcast event from the Portman Ritz-Carlton Hotel on evening (Shanghai time) of 18th Oct. with myself Jon Hammond on the organ, Musical Director Danny Woody + Band and special guests to kick of the 4th annual Music China.

By the way, TSA had a supervisor call me up regarding the incident with the GE EntryScan3 screener machine at the airport that blew out both of my eardrums. She promised a followup but I haven't heard a word from them since. I recommend to ask for the pat-down search, that's a nasty machine!
